Keeping Track of Christmas!
I was driving home last night from Target where we spent over $100 on a few gifts, some ornaments and other assorted Christmas items. I thought to myself, I wonder how much Christmas really costs? So I'm going to try to keep track. I don't know how well I will do, but I'm going to give it a shot.
My hunch is that it will be close to $1,500 or $2,000, but we shall see!

I've always found the the true cost of Christmas doesn't materialize until after the holiday is done. Even if you budget a certain amount for gifts it's also a time of year that (at least in my case) you end up going out a lot more which in turn costs money.
Be sure you budget enough for me and your mom!
Matt - I think you are right, there is a lot more to it than I think. I think tracking it will be difficult also.
Dad - You still have to tell me what you guys want!!!
